West Java Special Tour
An execursion to the land of West Java knwon as the land of Pasundan with the central cultural development in Bandung, yet on the later development Jakarta and Banten have also developed parallel with their mother land. Even Jakarta has been surpassing any of the development on Java island. Tour to the land of west Java is organized as the following itinerary.
Day 01: Arrival Jakarta
Upon arrival Soekarno-Hatta airport, direct transfer to hotel for stay overnight.
Day 02: Jakarta – Tanjung Lesung beach resort (B)
Breakfast at hotel, in the morning proceed to Tanjung Lesung. Arrive Tanjung Lesung direct trip to the local fishing village of Panimbang where we visit the local market and examine the way of life of a traditional Javanese-fishing village. On the return we have opportunity to discover the exotic agriculture agriculture of Java. Day 03: Free at Leisure or Optional Krakatau Volcano (B)
Breakfast at hotel. Free at leisure or optional tour to Krakatau Volcano. See the still smoldering remnants of the Krakatau Volcano. Exploded in 1883 and still remain the largest explosion ever recorded by men. Early morning we had toward the island of Rakata which can be seen from the hotel. Behind the island is Anak Krakatau now 300 meters high and growing. With special permission and weather permitting one can alight on the island and view the smoldering volcano at close quarters. From the volcano one has an excellent view of all the islands in Krakatau complex as well as the Sumatera Peninsula.
Day 04: Tanjung Lesung – Bogor (B)
Breakfast at hotel, direct proceed to Bogor via Jakarta and will stop at Bogor Botanical Garden built in 1817 will amaze you with it’s exotic plants over 15.000 species, an the afternoon will have village tour.
Day 05: Bogor – Bandung (B)
Breakfast at hotel, direct to Bandung via Puncak, mountain resort which has beautiful landscape surrounded by tea plantations arrive Bandung direct visit Tangkuban Perahu crater an active volcanic crate and visits to Sariater hot spring resort which is good for healing skin. If time permit before back to hotel will stop at Cihampelas blue jeans Center.
Day 06: Jakarta – Departure (B)
Breakfast at hotel, drive back to Jakarta airport for your next destination or transfer to Bandung bus or train station.
